I also enjoy working with couples who are ready to look inward and be honest with themselves on their roles in the dynamics and improve. I work with a wide array of clients but my most common clientele include adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD and/or depression and couples struggling to communicate or want to improve their bond even further.
My passion is to help my clients achieve their goals through self-awareness, openness and a willingness to work. I also thoroughly enjoy working with couples who want to further improve their bond or navigate difficult times. I accomplish this in therapy by using strength focused and motivational therapy techniques.
