Hi, my name is Navneet Thind and I am a licensed Psychologist based in Northern California. While I welcome working with all ages, my focus lies in working with adolescents and emerging adults (18-30). I specialize in mood disorders, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, relational concerns, and psychological sequelae following chronic pain or chronic health conditions. I use a range of therapeutic approaches based on each client’s unique needs.
I may be a fit for clients who identify as neurodivergent or as having mood disorders, Autism, ADHD, and anxiety disorders and need support with coping, validation, or authentic expression of themselves. More recently, as a long hauler (post-COVID) myself, I am passionate about supporting clients of all ages also experiencing symptoms post-COVID.
