I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or weighed down by difficult experiences. Clients come to me for trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship or family conflict, cultural identity concerns, and challenges with confidence or sports performance. I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we work through what is holding you back, strengthen relationships, build practical tools, and help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
I use guided eye movements in trauma work through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety, build self-esteem, and overcome mental barriers in sports. I also incorporate Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.
