Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you've been managing a lot on your own. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, trauma-related stress, behavioral concerns, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel like they're holding everything together on the outside while feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained internally. My approach is grounded, supportive, and focused on meeting clients where they are.
My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. Therapy with me is not passive, we actively work together to understand what's beneath the surface to identify patterns and build coping strategies that actually fit your life. I often use trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths based approaches to therapy.
Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you, whether that's emotional regulation, relationships, coping skills or feeling more stable and in control day to day.
