Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and ready to begin your healing journey. I am a Naturopathic Trauma Practitioner & Hypnotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I believe in a collaborative approach to our journey together. I offer sessions for individuals and couples. Clients typically seek me out to heal the parts of them that are no longer serving them. This can be due to trauma, addiction, marital struggles, infertility, hypnosis, sexuality, etc. My clients are looking to live a life fueled by growth, empowerment & Healthy Expressions.
I utilize an Eclectic Approach that is a hybrid model of Naturopathic & Allopathic interventions together in an individualized way. This could include Reiki, Hypnosis, Fertility Coaching, Infertility Coaching, Family Planning, Accupressure, Aromatherapy, in conjunction with my vast knowledge and experience with the Allopathic Interventions of Psychology.
Beginning your journey can bring about mixed emotions. The first step can be difficult & exciting simultaneously. Changing & evolving can be uncomfortable.
