I specialize in working with individuals—particularly men—who feel stuck in their relationships or uncertain about their direction in life. Many of the people I work with are navigating midlife transitions, relationship strain, or a growing sense that the roles and strategies that once worked for them no longer do. Therapy often focuses on increasing clarity, emotional awareness, and intentional decision-making during periods of change.
My practice is grounded in Nature-Centered Psychotherapy, an evidence-based approach that integrates traditional therapeutic methods with the regulating and restorative effects of the natural world.
I believe people can grow and change at any stage of life. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients develop healthier coping skills, process past experiences, and show up more intentionally in their relationships and daily lives.
In addition to clinical work, I offer clinical supervision, supervised billing, and mentorship for clinicians seeking thoughtful, structured support as they develop their professional identity and build sustainable practices. Supervised billing and mentorship opportunities are available for eligible clinicians and are provided in accordance w/ Vermont rules
