I am passionate about helping people grow. I work with a variety of ages. I find family therapy to be very valuable work andI believe that people can grow throughout their lives. If you are a parent struggling with a teen, or an adult struggling in relationships, I believe that psychotherapy can help. I take can eclectic approach to therapy, and I provide a safe place for people to grow.
I am happy to offer a nature based approach to therapy. This approach is appreciated by those people who are not comfortable in an office setting. Clients often report an improved sense of well being from walking a llama, spending time with my border collies, or simply sitting in nature.
