About

Let's be honest. This is a challenging time and space to be living in. There is so much more you can control in your life experience than what society leads you to believe. I'd be honored to offer you a place of support, a genuinely connected relationship, and my expertise (in nerdy stuff like neuroscience and the cognitive process) to help defeat whatever is standing between you & the life you deserve. My goal is to bring hope and SOLUTION to negative things my clients are experiencing through their own personal empowerment.
I specialize in anxiety/stress-related challenges: Anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, trauma, relationship difficulties, and sociocultural experiences. My PhD is in International Psychology (with a trauma focus) and I study neuroscience for fun, so if meds or other mainstream therapy hasn't worked for you, maybe my approach can help.
In my office, you are never just another client on a jam-packed session schedule. You are a valuable person with a unique plan of attack to bring about desired change in your life. No one should be left alone to suffer in silence, and I look forward to meeting you and being there with you to help you process through whatever it is you're experiencing.

Dating Detox

First of all, you're not crazy and you are deserving of love, respect, and companionship. Unfortunately, we live in a difficult social time and space that makes this challenging to find. Many people experience adverse mental health symptoms after being in a romantic relationship that included disrespect, dishonesty, gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, or physical violence. This month-long, interactive, virtual series was designed by a psychologist to provide hope, support, and research/neuroscience-based education to people wishing to better understand and heal areas of self that have been damaged by an unhealthy relationship.
