I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in North Carolina, Ohio, and Alabama. I graduated from the Joint Master's Program at the University of NC at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University. I've been working in mental health in various community roles for 15 years and I also volunteer with my local Native American Organization. I have experience in helping adults with anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress, motivation, and self-esteem.

I am a bilingual social worker and clinician specializing in individual outpatient therapy. Among my areas of expertise are individuals who are struggling with issues of functionality, relationships, identity, self-esteem and other manifestations of life challenges. I have a focus on multicultural populations and individuals who are seeking a space to integrate their psychedelic experiences. Many people are exploring their internal landscapes with the use of psychedelics and these experiences can be intense and challenging to integrate into the psyche without consciously doing so.

Like a beautiful flower, I believe that every client has different needs to grow and flourish. Therefore, I utilize an individualized approach to ensure that my clients needs are met. I have been an elementary school counselor for 9 years and have a wide range of knowledge and experience working with and supporting children, parents, and families.

I have worked with adults with who suffer from substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health related issues, and trauma. I have Masters degree from Grand Canyon University in Addiction Counseling. I have had the pleasure and continue to want to work with patients who want to regain control of their lives and continue the rest of their Life's journey with sustained sobriety however that looks for you.

I work with adults struggling with relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Many of my clients are high performers who have become successful despite a difficult childhood. My journey as a counselor began during my experience with war deployments, which inspired my search to find ways to help others who are hurting. After completing my Master's degrees in Couples and Family Counseling, I have worked extensively with the court system, with families in need, and with individuals of all ages. My other passion in life is speaking and learning more Spanish. I offer therapy sessions to adults, children, families, and couples. I am a certified hypnotherapist.
