Have you ever experienced difficulty finding long-term change in therapy? Trying to navigate relationship tension, despair, various forms of anxiety, and the effects of trauma can be extremely difficult and confusing. This is why "commitment" is important to me. I aim to be committed in helping you throughout your therapy journey. In return, my ask of you is to actively participate and to be patient with yourself as you embark on your healing journey.

My counseling philosophy is very person-centered, which I believe creates an open, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel safe. I value establishing a strong therapeutic alliance so you can feel seen and heard in ways that empower you to set and reach your therapeutic or life goals. I utilize a variety of counseling interventions including CBT, DBT, and play therapy, and I value humor and creativity! I have experienced trauma myself and I help others how they want to be helped. I have experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and know firsthand some of the some of the challenges that come with being a part of that community.

I have years of experience in helping individuals, families, children and adolescents overcome and address a wide variety of life problems, mental illness, trauma, anxiety, relational problems and addiction. I have personal experience overcoming paralyzing fears. Hours are Monday to Friday for telehealth sessions. I have some availability on weekends to best serve your needs.
