​​A popular proverb states, “it takes a village to raise a child” and though the saying has become almost cliche, I believe it can apply to a person at any stage of life. Whether it be a season of happiness and celebration or a time of pain, stress, and crisis, we all need to know that someone sees us, hears us, and truly cares. Each person comes to therapy with individualized beliefs, thoughts, experiences, and stories. I want to get to know who you are, what your goals are, and how I can best support your healthy growth.

I serve diverse adults (age 20+), specifically those who have alternative identities (artists, creatives, counter-culture, & minorities of all types) as well as other therapists. I provide a non-judgmental and understanding space for people who may have struggled engaging in therapy in the past due to feeling judged for being “weird” or “different”. My clients typically feel stuck in one or more areas of life (relationship, family, career, holistic health, identity, personal happiness, etc.) and are sometimes struggling with mood and/or anxiety disorders, substance abuse, maladaptive coping behaviors, unresolved traumas, etc.

Hi there! I am a gender queer, pansexual, latinx, therapist who specializes in working with women, queer and gender diverse, polyamorous folks, and is DID affirming. I work with ages 15 and up, specializing in late adolescence and young adulthood. My niche within trauma is childhood trauma, emotional and sexual abuse. Trauma work and growth is beautifully messy, I want my clients to feel brave enough and safe enough to get their hands dirty with me for the sake of growth and peace. I recognize that this may take time, and I am willing to take that time with the client o feel safe with me and in my therapeutic space.
