I have worked in urban & rural settings in Pittsburgh & the Mid West. I believe we must first be comfortable with ourselves, regardless of location, though we naturally strive to find happiness within our relationships. My approach takes this into account. I view therapy as collaborative & most effective when clients are active participants in the process.
