I work with high achieving women struggling with ADHD, Autism, stress, and burn out. My specialties include highly sensitve people, masking and burnout in neurodivergent women/transgender/nonbinary folks, trauma, sexual assault, and anxiety. We will work together towards creating a more authentic life filled with joy, healthy relationships, and self-awareness. We will look at how to create a more balanced life. I genuinely care about the people I work with and truly listen to what they feel is important in their lives. If you are ready to actively engage in change and work towards living your best life, we will make a great team.
Everyone is different and no single therapy approach will be effective for everyone. We will work collaboratively to find what matters to you in life and how to fully live the life you want. Whether it's anxiety, burn out, chronic health issues like Ehlers-danlos, POTS, or sensory issues, we can work through these barriers towards a more meaningful life.
