About
Nathaniel knows that therapy means different things for different people. As a clinician, he knows that one can benefit enormously from simply having a space to talk that feels safe. Whether you are looking for such a space or interested in pursuing a more specific route of therapy, he is honored to serve as a passenger and source of support on your journey. His approach is flexible because he understands that unique social, cultural and environmental factors impact the life of everyone in individual ways. You are the expert on your own life, and your sessions with Nathaniel will reflect that expertise.
Nathaniel has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and young adults on such issues as anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, interpersonal stress, self-esteem, and grief. Therapy is a collaborative space, and he utilizes various modalities depending on your specific needs as a client.
"Together, we will collaborate to identify therapeutic goals based on your expressed needs. My own goal as a therapist is to co-create a space of empathy, safety, and trust that allows you to feel wholly seen and empowered to make progress, whatever that may look like for you."
