I work with academics, creatives, business and tech professionals to solve the internal issues that hold them back. I help people to decrease anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, obsessive symptoms, to break through creative blocks or address relationship and parenting issues, amongst many other challenges that impact well-being. Many began therapy with me because they felt overwhelmed by conflicts with their partner; others struggled with a chronic sense of anxiety or dissatisfaction. For some, the motivation to seek out a therapist was difficult to name — but something was off, and they knew they wanted more out of life.
I have a Master’s from NYU and graduated from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies (CMPS). This education underscored the importance of collaboration for a successful analysis. I am also a member of the Society of Modern Psychoanalysis (SMP), National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis (NAAP), and Division 39 of the APA.
