Hi there! I am Nathaniel "Nate" Alexander, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 26 years of experience. I am also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in Virginia. I specialize in the areas of addiction, codependency, life transitions, relapse prevention, and relationship issues, and I utilize treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral, Couples Therapy, Marital, Motivational Interviewing, and Relational therapies.
