At certain times in our lives, we all need a little help. A nonjudgmental and caring person to listen and walk alongside us through difficult times can be an agent for positive change in our lives.
I offer broad mental health counseling to adults (18+) desiring to find positive change in their lives. If you prefer specialized counseling, I offer in-person couples counseling, individual in-person or telehealth counseling, or Christian counseling (if requested). I take most insurance plans to help make your counseling affordable.
