I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Northern Colorado providing psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples of all ages. My approach draws from various forms of psychotherapy: emotion-focused therapy (including couples), psychodynamic, schema therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Gottman Method (couples), and mindfulness. Adult psychological assessment: general diagnosis/personality testing, cognitive abilities and achievement testing, or both.
