About
*Now offering telehealth services (therapy via phone or video conference)* I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Northern Colorado providing psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples of all ages. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to make changes in your life through various means: discovering personal insights, adopting new behaviors or thinking patterns, strengthening attachment bonds with loved ones, improving communication skills, and many more. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, and it would be my pleasure to work with you. I provide both therapy and assessment/testing services.
My approach draws from various forms of psychotherapy: emotion-focused therapy (including couples), psychodynamic, schema therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, Gottman Method (couples), and mindfulness. Adult psychological assessment: general diagnosis/personality testing, cognitive abilities and achievement testing, or both.
For those seeking a more faith-based approach to therapy, I am comfortable with and trained in the integration of Christian theology and spirituality into your treatment plan.
