Sometimes we need a safe, human connection to hear and to heal the burdens of our past and present. My first task is to learn what it is you need; it's ok if that's yours too.
My specialty is honestly just being a person there with you, but as a Certified EMDR Therapist, we can use this approach to help your brain release the overwhelm of disturbing feelings and memories, empowering it to heal, and adpt to your dignity in the present moment.
