My job is to help you to find the change you are looking for. I work with families around divorce, school issues, mental illness, problems with behavior, screen-time, etc. I also work individually with people around depression, anxiety, anger and important life decisions.

Aside from traditional counseling I also offer an approach known as Naikan Therapy. Naikan is a Zen based self-reflection practice that was developed in Japan in the early 1900's. Some people find that eventually they feel stuck in the use of Western therapy and Nakian provides a unique approach over traditional process based therapy. www.naikantherapy.com

I understand that life gets tough at times and we all experience this in one way or another. As a person also learning to manage life day by day, I think that reaching out in time of need is the most important step toward finding answers leading to change. Please contact me to see if I can be of help to you at this point.

Nate is a good therapist. What this means is he listens well, he’s “present” with his clients, carefully tracking and mirroring their insights, sharing his own, and providing direction and guidance to help them help themselves out of their suffering, all in a friendly, caring atmosphere.
