I'm so glad you're here and would love to work with you. I provide virtual only services (WI and IL). As a gay man, I have a passion for supporting those with marginalized identities. I am affirming of all identities (LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, race/ethnicity) no matter if we share the same or have any that may differ. You are welcome here. I specialize in providing individualized therapy to meet you where you are, no matter what is happening in life. I will work with you to identify goals, provide accountability, offer alternative points of views, and help you overcome whatever brings you to therapy.

I will work hard to provide you with a safe and affirming space for authentic growth. I love to incorporate humor into my therapy practice and if you've lost your sense of humor, that's okay! We will work to find it again. I have a passion for working with young adults, early career professionals, college students, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Through evidence-based techniques, we'll tackle anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, uncover the roots of depression, build self-confidence, use CBT-I for insomnia, set boundaries and enhance assertiveness skills, and foster hope and resilience along the way.
