I work with individuals, couples, and families who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, communication conflict, or challenges with parenting adolescents. I have been working as a therapist since 2008. My focus is to help people heal, grow, and become their best selves. I work with people that are invested in overcoming their weaknesses and insecurities and are open to looking at new perspectives and challenge their current limiting beliefs.

I focus on CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR as my primary modalities. I take a calm, relationship-based approach to the healing process.
