We will develop tools that foster a healthier life. I work with issues around relationships, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual struggles, school, sport, and work performance, and deep exploration for personal growth and self-actualization.

I have the experience and training to help you as an individual, you and your partner, your child/teenager, or your whole family. I am influenced by psychodynamic therapy, family systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT, somatic therapy, and eco-therapy with an anthropological understanding of our connection to nature and the natural world.
