I can work with you on issues around relationships, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual struggles, school and work performance, and exploration for personal growth and self-actualization.

I have the experience and training to help your child or teenager, you and your partner, your whole family, and/or you as an individual. I am influenced by family systems, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT, somatic therapy, and eco-therapy with an anthropological understanding of our connection to nature and the natural world.
