I believe stress, anxiety, and relational dysfunction of all types are often rooted in our inability to see past our internal chaos to our capacity to change though self acceptance and grace. We don't have to settle for a life of confusion and dysfunction. I help both individuals and couples walk through a wide variety of mental health issues.
Prior to entering the counseling profession I worked as a college pastor for 11 years. Through this season of ministry I embraced the belief that personal healing and wellness cannot be isolated to only spiritual, mental, physical, or emotional but they must be considered holistically. With that as our guide we can find the freedom of hope and healing.
