I enjoy supporting couples thrive, as well as helping teenagers find their authentic way. In our sessions, you can expect that we will explore your goals and aspirations. Our time together is a way to learn a new vocabulary to express ourselves at a deeper and profound level. And when we attune to our good qualities to enrich our lives, we enrich those around us. Additionally, I have experience working with children, adults and everyone in between! I am also available for supervision for registered psychotherapists accumulating supervision hours.

I have 15 years of experience in therapy and am grateful to do this kind of work. I have worked with couples, adults, teenagers and families. With experience with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, communication and the like, you can expect someone who will meet you where you are at with compassion.

Meditation in the Kingdom

This is a great opportunity to discover a simple way to tame our mind. In 5 sessions, we'll learn about mindfulness & awareness, and how they are the foundation of meditation. As we can define meditation to be a way to familiarize ourselves with the mind, it's always helpful to do so in a group and with experienced support. There will be guidance, short instructions and an opportunity to meditate together. It is donation based and a great way to meet friends.
