I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 10 years and I worked with clients throughout the State of Indiana. I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV), where I lived in Mongolia for 2 years. I work with young to middle-aged adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, BPD, eating disorders, and relationship distress. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adventure Therapy (AT), and The Gottman Method.
My approach in working with someone new is to get to know them and identify their strengths, and areas for growth, and plan for helpful support moving forward. Though I most frequently use DBT at this time, I have used a variety of supports and treatment modalities to support the people I work with.
