Are you looking to find ways to cope with intense emotions, autism or relationship issues? Throughout the last decade I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in various setting who have struggled with suicide, self-harm, ADHD and trauma. I am part of a comprehensive DBT treatment team, providing telehealth therapy for people who want to grow in learning to manage their most challenging moods and behaviors. I specialize in working with people with BPD (borderline personality disorder), autism, and mood disorders. I also am a LGBTQIA+ welcoming therapist.
As a DBT therapist, I enjoy teaching coping skills to help people better manage their thoughts, moods and behaviors, helping them to navigate areas of life that are challenging for them. I am a patient listener and skills coach, trained in both DBT and DBT-SS – a form of DBT helping neurodivergent people cope more effectively with triggers.
My goal is to provide an environment that is empathetic, compassionate, and safe. People need a safe space to process what they are experiencing, and it is my goal to provide that. Ultimately, my hope is for others to learn how to manage their lives in a way that makes them feel successful and to become the best version of themselves.
