NO BS, good therapy is hard work. I'm not going to waste your time. We will set expectations from the start about what you need and hope to accomplish through our work together. I will hold you accountable, but with empathy and compassion. I use trauma-informed evidence based modalities along with creative and Expressive Arts approaches. I have over 18 years experience in the mental health field. This is my life's work, I do not take lightly the investment of time and money that my clients are putting into therapy. We will work hard, but you will be safe and respected here.
I believe good therapy is collaborative and non-authoritative. I also believe therapy should be affordable and accessible, and I will work with you to develop a plan that works with your life.
