My counseling experience includes working with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, sexuality and gender, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
I received a M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo and am licensed as an LPC. Additionally, I am trained in DBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, AEDP, medication management, and various substance use treatment methods.
