I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in residential facilities, skills-building programs, case management, and crisis intervention settings. I specialize in helping individuals process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, navigate life transitions, and rebuild a sense of meaning and stability in their lives.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Oregon State University. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs while honoring the client’s voice and personal strengths.
I believe healing happens in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. While the work can feel challenging at times, it can also be deeply rewarding.
