Life is too short to be bound by our worries, shame and lack of motivation. I recognize how easy it can be to fall into despair or catch yourself years deep into living a life that feels empty. Nathan seeks to help you identify a congruent self who can experience their passions without doubt, guilt or one of the many other natural human experiences when it comes to learning to live.
Art psychotherapy acts as a catalyst for emotional expression and in-depth awareness to self. Don’t fret, you do not need to be an artist and would never be forced to do art. Nathan is trauma informed and seeks to offer a space to address and release traumatic retention. Nathan also uses CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused practices.
Nathan seeks to create a caring and supportive atmosphere in which every person can explore all elements of themselves. Nathan believes that unconditional positive regard is crucial to clients’ healing and self-exploration therefore he approaches everything you bring into session nonjudgmentally and with curiosity.
