I’m Dr. Nate, a psychologist and psychometrician who helps people break out of unhelpful cycles. I help folks identify the factors that keep them stuck and figure out effective strategies to move forward. Whether you struggle with day to day tasks, relationship and interpersonal issues, challenging family dynamics, or lasting impacts of trauma, I’m here to help! I also help folks manage big life changes, improve their sense of self, and manage stress.
I offer comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations (ex. ADHD, Autism, and Differential Diagnosis), bariatric surgery readiness evaluations, and therapeutic assessments, as well as individual and couples therapy. I have expertise in helping people identify and heal from complex and painful issues.
