Feeling the weight of disruption, loss, or chronic pain…and wondering where to turn? Many of the folks I work with are moving through identity shifts, grief, or life transitions while living with chronic illness, pain, or disability. They’re tired of feeling unseen in systems that reduce them to a diagnosis or demand constant resilience. In our work, there’s space to slow down, untangle your story, grieve what’s been lost, and explore what healing could look like on your terms. If you’re seeking a space rooted in care, collaboration, and deep respect for your whole self, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
My approach is gentle and collaborative. I bring training in working with people with disabilities and chronic health conditions, as well as in trauma reprocessing methods like Four Blinks, a gentle, body-aware approach based on the Flash Technique. Our work blends reflection, nervous system care, and practical tools.
Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to hold it alone. Loss, illness, and life transitions can feel especially heavy when they go unseen. To best meet you where you are, I offer times ranging from 10am to 9pm throughout the week (including Sundays). You're welcome to message me to schedule a free 15-minute phone call to determine if we're a good fit.
