I specialize in helping teens and adult individuals and couples find healing from a variety of mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, anger issues, and challenges with grief and loss, as well as conflict in relationships. I will help you understand your emotions more clearly and learn tangible coping tools to use in the moment.
I approach therapy from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective with the belief that you have the strength to move through your toughest challenges. It’s just a matter of identifying those strengths, building on them, and helping you believe in yourself.
