I would love to help you navigate the overwhelming feelings that certain experiences can create. Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, trauma, these are all tough things to live with; however, this does not mean that they can not be improved. I always do my best to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can share your experiences, while we work together towards healing and growth. We may even share a laugh or two throughout the process!
I have accumulated over 3 years of counseling experience (so far!), where I have helped individuals strengthen their coping and communication skills while building confidence, self-esteem, and decision-making. I love working with neurodivergent individuals who may have felt "out of place" growing up, and enjoy discovering themselves through therapy!
