Join a community of moms where the main objective is to be kinder to ourselves. Learn new techniques & tools for accomplishing this, understand that you are not alone & experience accountability for a new chapter of motherhood. This group is six weeks and will involve the therapeutic power of Nature & experiencing all the wisdom & power that connecting with Nature has to offer.

Women's Mindfulness & Hiking Therapy Group

For women on a path to health in mind, body, and spirit. We meet at various trails in Baltimore County and experience the benefits of Nature, Connection, Movement, and Mindfulness practices in managing stress and building resilience. Women in attendance are generally in therapy, working on breaking patterns and creating healthy relationships with themselves and others. In this 6-week session, therapists will come together to have a place to focus on themselves, and practice what they so diligently teach! We will do mindfulness practices, group processing, as well as have modules and tools for reflection. You deserve time for yourself!
