I'm Nathalie Hand, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed support in various settings. I specialize in helping people work through concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use and misuse, and healing from the effects of trauma. I've had the privilege of supporting many clients in their process of change.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. Instead, I offer support, encouragement, and empowerment as clients navigate their unique journeys. I’m trained in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based methods.
