I am passionate about helping others find their way through anxiety, depression, substance use concerns and trauma. I use a strengths-based approach and am grounded in the person-centered, unconditional positive regard for every person I work with. I believe that everyone has the ability to shift their thinking, change their negative patterns and empower themselves as experts in their own lives.
My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard and respected. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use issues and intimate personal violence. I have training in motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT but I personalize my approach with every person since everyone is unique.
