I start with listening so as to determine what is the best way that I can help. If therapy is in order, we move forward and determine achievable goals. Therapy can be solution focused in nature or something that unfolds over time. Either way, you have my experience and I have your expertise in finding the best path to follow.
For some, the first step into therapy can be difficult. I've been in the position of both client and therapist.
