I’m a Registered Play Therapist who works with children (ages 4+), tweens, teens, and families to support emotional health, resilience, and strong family relationships. I specialize in therapy for anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and school-related stress, offering both in-person therapy in Utah and telehealth sessions for families across Utah, Arizona, and Indiana.

Using play therapy, I help kids express themselves in safe, developmentally appropriate ways. I also support parents and the entire family system to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen emotional connection. I’m trained in EMDR, Utah Trained Supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor.
