I help families find joy in navigating school, raising children and forming healthy relationships. I work with all ages starting at 4+. I work with the whole family system and provide the support that is needed in the family system.

I am a Registered Play Therapist Play (RPT) which uses the child's natural form of expression to help them express, process, or work through difficult challenges. During this time I support the whole family system in helping their child for growth and success. I also offered Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process anxiety and trauma
