Nate Sawyer
Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT
The relationship you form with a counselor can help move you to making the changes you desire in life. Maybe you feel stuck or are facing some challenges with an important relationship? I focus on helping people expand and strengthen their resources by establishing clear goals for personal growth. I strive to help people feel comfortable and safe in therapy and use creative strategies to help unlock their potential. I especially enjoy working with couples to learn new strategies to communicate feelings with each other leading to improved relationships.
I facilitate clients achieving their goals by creating an open and welcoming atmosphere that allows people to feel comfortable yet challenged. In therapy I practices with an integrative style using Solution Focused and Experiential Therapy techniques as well as Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy. I offer teletherapy or video counseling as an option as well.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my specialty is in helping people navigate their relationships, since our relationships are one of the most influential factors in our lives. As a father of three, married for eleven years, I have some personal experience in how amazing and challenging relationships can be! Call me today.
