I specialize primarily in therapy for ADHD, while also helping individuals navigate anxiety and depression. Additionally, I work with athletes on improving both mental health and sports performance. I am an attachment focused therapist that helps clients focus on connecting with their experience, moving them towards a better understanding of self and away from the pursuit of trying to fix themselves. Those I work with often report this perspective and approach enables them to move forward in their lives, despite the challenges and difficulties they face.
I work at creating a therapeutic environment that is fun, engaging, and open to the experience my client's are wanting to have. I incorporate playing sports, music, video games, board games, and using expressive arts into sessions to help create a more engaging experience. I believe that learning, healing, and growing are meant to be fun!
