Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), alumni/graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2002, 2004). Over the years, I’ve provided therapy and coaching to diverse populations, drawing from my background as a former coach, athlete, and ministry/chaplain to offer a grounded, relational, and purpose-driven approach to care.
My style is empathetic, compassionate, and engaging — blending clinical expertise with coaching, accountability, and practical tools to meet clients where they are.
I take a holistic approach to wellness, addressing mental, physical, and spiritual health, with a specialization in Faith-Based (Judeo - Christian) integration. Neurodivergent-friendly and committed to creating a respectful, supportive space for growth and healing, including for First Responders, those in Ministry, or dealing with Religious, Spiritual Abuse.
