I trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology at Naropa University. I offer an approach that is relational, psychospiritual, somatic, and creative. If you are seeking inner development, growth & freedom, I would love to assist you on your journey. Sometimes it's hard to see exactly what is causing our suffering when we're so close to it, and having a relationship focused on our personal development can be very impactful. That's how I see this work. Our focus is your well-being, and together we create a relationship container to help you become more aware, compassionate, and true to yourself.

I work with couples and individuals and have a focus on self-awareness and emotional inquiry. You are seen as a whole person who has the wisdom and capability to uncover and be with exactly what you need to grow. This we do together! I assist people in integrating their spirituality with practicality, a tall task that is well worth the challenge.
