I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand who you are and the story you want to tell. Many people see therapy as a one-sided conversation, with little opportunity for interaction or getting to experience each other as real people. My desire is that no one will ever feel that way in any session. We’ll have a collaborative experience where I get to help you achieve your goals, provide another perspective and set a vision for the life you want now and for the future. Over the years I have met with many couples for premarital counseling or couples counseling. I’ve also counseled with teenagers and parents of teens. Coming alongside teenagers who are LGBTQIA+ and also men who are navigating the pressures they might be facing.
I’m a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern, with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. I’m a husband of over 18 years and a father of 4 children. I spent over 15 years in a non-profit setting helping people in many different ways, including counseling and coaching.

Young and Resilient: Middle School Process Group
Student Therapist, Nate and Alayahia, will be covering topics like bullying, peer pressure, grades, dealing with parents and drama with relationships! Being able to connect with other Middle Schoolers, build friendship and common experiences will provide powerful insight to knowing how to best deal with any issue that students might be experiencing. We know that intentional relationships will point the direction towards a child’s future that will be able to cope and handle life’s difficulties. Starting Thurs. Sept 28th, for 8 weeks!
