I am a therapist that emphasizes action, curiosity and change; clients that work well with me tend to be open to being challenged and interested in challenging themselves and building new skills. They also tend to be interested, as I am, in defining and measuring progress to make sure they are moving forward in their lives.
While I am trained in many forms of evidence-based therapies, I specialize in mindfulness-based therapies, biofeedback, and clinical hypnosis. I work with adults who have stress-related medical and mental health conditions utilizing a wide range of tools to holistically recover.
Being human is both amazing and challenging. I see therapy as a powerful tool to reduce normal human suffering (physical and mental) and begin to live in a much fuller way. If you're interested in help, reach out and let's set up a free call to see if I'm a good fit or I can steer you in an even more helpful direction.
