I have spent 20 years helping couples and families improve their relationships. More recently, I have focused on helping individuals work through trauma to free them from their past. I am trained in EMDR, ART, TF-CBT, and Brainspotting. I have experience with substance-use issues. I even train other therapists.
I don't have an agenda other than helping you improve your life. I seek to create a lasting therapeutic relationship with my patients who quit therapy because they are doing so well, but can reach out at anytime in the future to take on a new challenge.
