The Life After College Group is interpersonally and support oriented, meeting twice per month when three or more group members wish to participate. Group members first complete at least one individual intake appointment with Dr. Chantelle before joining this group. Potential group members who are a nice match typically graduated from college (undergraduate or graduate school) within the past four years and often fall in the 21-45 age range. Group members participate actively and rotate sharing and presenting on topics related to this life transition. Themes of adjusting into work life, navigating new relationships, and individuating from family are often explored.

The Moving Toward Secure Attachments Group is interpersonally and support oriented and meets once per month when three or more group members wish to participate. Group members first complete individual counseling work with Dr. Nate and are later referred directly to this group. Reading the psychoeducational resource, Attached, is highly recommended prior to group participation. Potential group members who are a nice match identify typically have an anxious or avoidant attachment style. Group members participate actively and rotate sharing and presenting attachment literature to fellow group members. Themes of attachment in family and romantic relationship, trust, abandonment, and secure attachment characteristics are emphasized.
