As a sex therapist, my approach engages a mixture of humanistic, feminist, and social justice perspectives that work together to see an individual within all the roles and identities they possess. I feel passionate about working with those who are concerned with topics surrounding sexuality, LGBTQIA issues, and anti-oppression work. I work with folks on issues of trauma, body image, sexual abuse, intimacy challenges, gender identity, sexual orientation, and agency centered healing. I lean on somatic and consent based practices to help ground folks into their bodies to navigate better understanding themselves.
I offer a person-centered model of therapy where you can feel supported to explore biological, psychological, social, sexual, and spiritual aspects of life. These entry points allow for contemplation about how you perceive and create meaning to provide opportunities for healthy movement and growth.
