With guidance, you can learn to navigate relationships and life’s challenges in a way that feels more satisfying. I work with adult women and teens (15yrs+) in individual therapy on relationships, life transitions, co-dependency, self-awareness/worth, grief, anxiety, stress, pre-pregnancy/pregnancy, mid life and self-care. I also offer parenting consultation sessions focused on education and guidance in problem solving issues with children of all ages.
I take an integrative and holistic approach, tailoring therapy to each client based on all aspects of their life. Working together, we will develop and implement skills that will create positive changes. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental listener and offer practical/real life guidance. Hopefulness and encouragement are pillars in my practice.
I prioritize building a strong connection and providing a safe place where you will feel seen, heard and understood. I offer virtual and in-person sessions.
