Groups
Letting go of shame regarding sex and sexuality
This group is welcoming of any adult age 18+ who has struggled with issues related to shame around sex and sexuality. People of all sexual orientations are welcomed to attend. The goal of our therapeutic discussions is to deconstruct harmful beliefs that inhibit having a happy and healthy sex life and comfort with one’s sexuality. This is based upon a foundational belief that pleasure, sex and freedom of expression are basic human rights. When there are a minimum of 4 participants we will be able to set a date for the group to begin.
